Roseanne White –
This is the third set of straighteners I’ve owned over about ten years, my first was a Chi, then I had a GHD, and now I have these. So, I thought it might be useful for other ladies if I did some comparisons:
T3 single pass flat iron vs ghd:
The GHD is a great straightener but the thing that always bothered me about it is that it doesn’t have adjustable temperature settings, so you’re always straightening at about 400 degrees, which is too hot for my fine hair. The T3 has adjustable settings and a consistent, even heat. The only thing I miss about the GHD is that it’s more versatile – the thinner plates and narrow housing means you can get in nice and close to the roots and use it for curling and waving as well as straightening.
T3 single pass flat iron vs chi
Although I really loved the straightness and shine I got from my Chi, with the T3 I can get exactly the same fabulous effect in about a quarter of the time because I only have to go over each section once, instead of two or three times. And, because I’m applying less heat, it’s less damaging for my hair.
So, all things considered, the t3 singlepass x 1.5 flat iron is definitely the winner over both Chi and GHD – it’s worth the price!
